Welcome to Liquifi, a product of BeamIR Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our software, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

BeamIR Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Liquifi for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Modify, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the software.

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. BeamIR Tech reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Liquifi, including software, logos, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of BeamIR Tech. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the BeamIR Tech or Liquifi name or any of our trademarks without prior written consent.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain features of Liquifi may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. BeamIR Tech reserves the right to change its pricing upon reasonable notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Liquifi, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BEAMIR TECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAMIR TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
